Lowlu Sauna & Plunge @ The Padel Yard — Local services in London

Lovely no frills sauna with friendly staff. There are small lockers inside the little complex for valuables. There is a talking sauna that is set to 80°F and a quiet one at 90°. There are three plunge pools (one person ones so you might have to wait a minute or so) - one is set to 10°, one at 6 and one at 3 (brrrrr). The price is very reasonable for a London sauna, which slightly reflects the changing area (which is shared with the Padel courts on the same site) - these are of a lower caliber than the rest of the set up. Great sauna and cold plunge facilities, really relaxing and never felt overcrowded. Locker area is also good and the space overall feels new and well designed. Amazing value for money.

Only downside was the changing area didn’t really match the same vibe/quality as the sauna space, so could be improved or upgraded. Also, in the “silent” sauna some people were chatting loudly and not using towels to sit on, which isn’t great etiquette but not the venues fault. Otherwise,...

I'd have no issue deleting the review / nor would I have even bothered posting had the person at the desk beside the sauna even apologized to our group for making our way over to the sauna, explained the situation, or got his dinner out of our way.
