I enjoy shopping here as all the shelves are well organized and I like some of the pre maid meals.

However, I find it annoying that they are constantly switching around the location of items such as sandwiches. I was there yesterday and they switched everything back to it's original spot.

I bought a Pasta Bowl with Chicken, Honey and Mustard. It had four slices of chicken and the chicken was overcooked, very dry.

As a result, I will not buy anything pre maid that has chicken in it as this isn't the first time this has happened.

Whomever makes the bowls, overcooks the chicken. They also added corn and red bell peppers, which I thought was a bad combination. It didn't taste good. Regardless, I don't recommend this pasta bowl.

Some of the employees who stock the shelves should be more mindful of customers whilst they're shopping.

During one of my shopping visits, I was standing by the yogurt shelf and as I turned around I had been boxed in by two employees who decided it was okay to place the towers of products right where I was standing without asking me to move aside.

Literally, I turned around and I was boxed in by moveable shelves of products stacked like a tower. They didn't apologize. There was no common sense involved in their decision to place thr towers of products right by me, and boxing me in as if I wasn't even there.

However, for the most part most employees have always been very helpful, and they are well groomed and take showers. and wear deodorant as opposed to other stores where employees smell really bad as if they haven't taken showers or their clothes hasn't been washed in days. This is one reason why I shop at M&S; their employees are well.groomed for the most part.

How do some stores allow employees to work at a food store with their hair all over the place and smelling like they haven't showered in days is beyond me?

The image employees portray is important. It can either attract or turn away customers.

I like it here. It’s pleasant to shop here, to walk around and interact with staff. It’s now cheaper than the local Sainsburys and the produce is fresher and of better quality.

The newer self-scan tills are better, and thank god they’ve installed a click and collect self-service machine! I was getting fed up of waiting ages for someone every time I wanted to return an item of clothing. However, when I took the trouble to ask the staff how their day was and how busy they seemed, the gentleman told me that there are sometimes only three sales people on the shop floor on a shift, and they simply don’t have the bodies to man the click and collect till all the time , especially if someone is off sick.

Regarding the staff- sometimes one or two have been curt in the past, but I’ve always encountered politeness and professionalism. They do often look tired or overstretched. I’ve witnessed some customers on the other hand behaving so rudely and impatiently with them. These customers have obviously never done a job that involves interaction with the general public. I had the first unpleasant experience in this shop this morning. I was quickly getting two items for evening dinner. I had a few small coins in pocket, so I dropped them in the paying machine and trying to pay the rest by Apple Pay. Somehow the machine started to change pages automatically, eventually shut down and restarted itself.(New machines they recently installed) I ask the lady to assist, after a brief conversation, she basically just said sorry nothing she can do, with a rushing attitude. While it was not at all busy. No solution, not even a proper attitude. So I took a deep breath, asked her if there is a manager who might knows better about the new machines. She was impatient, after afew minutes, the manager came. I repeated what happened. His response was worse and unbelievable—he said what I said couldn’t have happened. …!!!!!! So was I lying? ….!!!!!!
