Bosa Kitchen — Restaurant in London

Edit to previous review: We went on 25-03 for an evening meal. The server (man with grey cropped haircut) seemed exasperated from the start for no fault of our own. We were seated next to the main door out of which delivery drivers kept coming in every 3-5 minutes to collect their delivery and most of the just kept slamming the door right next to us which wasn’t the atmosphere we were hoping for!! The potato wrap was good, as was the batata hara with egg but the courgettes were so oily, like a litre on oil had been poured on the plate. We couldn’t finish and asked the same grumpy server for a box and a plastic bag to take the rest home and even handing us a plastic box and bag seemed to be a chore for him, by his attitude! Needless to say, won’t be returning!! Used to be a good restaurant back in the days with smiley staff but gone for hill unfortunately.

Update 2017: Hmmm, prices went up by £1.55 for wraps. Is this Brexit, new business rates? My salary hasn't gone up! Unfortunately not such a good deal any more and so less likely to order :(

Fantastic to the Southfields restaurant set! We really don't need to go to Edgware Road any more :) Though we've not tried the menu extensively, we stick to our favourites - shawarma and taouk wraps, tabbouleh, and hot meze like the amazing baked spinach parcels. The restaurant is pleasantly decorated, and often busy, which goes to show that it's popular with the locals. The owner is a very friendly guy, and remembers you as a customer. I've experienced some slightly clueless / inexperienced staff members in the past, but I think it's been ironed out - and the chefs have been consistently excellent. I went to this establishment after work with my partner hoping for a lovely date dinner but I was met with dissatisfaction and disrespect. At first a respectful waitress assisted with our order. We waited a while for the food and then ordered the shawarmas, they were so plain and oily. I felt unwell after eating them. Then what truly angered me is the complete disrespect from what seemed like the manager (the bald old man) Whilst I was requesting the bill to pay he looked at me and then completely ignored me on purpose and walked past me whilst I was talking to him, he never came back to serve and his overall attitude was truly foul.

I ALSO HAVE TO SAY the so called "toilets" are Disgusting!!! It should be labelled as a health and safety violation, I've seen cleaner toilets in a homeless shelter. This place needs to fix this asap or...
