My visit to Original Tapas Sabores in Southfields was remarkable, not just for the food and service, but also for the excellent value for money.

The culinary experience here is top-notch. Each tapas dish was rich in authentic Spanish flavors and beautifully presented. Despite the high quality, the prices were surprisingly reasonable, making it a great spot for enjoying a variety of dishes without breaking the bank.

If i could give zero stars, i would. We ordered the following: bread with aioli, cold meat platter, spanish omlette, chorizo in wine and patatas bravas. The bread was not fresh. It was some sort of toast with aioli which felt like it came out of a tube. The spanish omlette was definitely warmed using the microwave because all the water was on left on the plate. The cold platter was okay but it felt like it also came out of one standard packages from the supermarket. The cherry on the top was the potatoes which were actually half raw so be barely touched them. When asked about how the food was, we mentioned our experience and he said that they have issues with their frier and they were open to make another portion for us. In the end they did remove the potatoes from our bill but still we ended up paying 40£ which i find ridiculous for the poor quality...

Would give this a zero stars if possible. Came for a bite to wait out the tube traffic after the last match of Wimbledon in early July. Only ordered two tapas (Patatas bravas and croquettes) After my trip, I was looking at my credit card statement and realized I was charged 80 pounds! (79.73 to be exact)

I also won't blame this on the restaurant but I was also accosted in the bathroom by a very intimidating male who was accusing me of stealing his phone, locked me in the bathroom with him, and was threatening to be physical.

The experience could not have been worse for a foreigner from the USA.

I have since tried to communicate to the restaurant to handle the overcharge amicably, and have tried calling their phone, their email, and whatsapp to no avail. Will be reaching out to my credit card company to hopefully...
