A bit disappointing, even by travel-sector standards. Lunch fridge in disarray and stock literally thrown in. Store exceptionally cluttered, with cages of fridge stock left piled up and staff nowhere to be seen. Certainly not up to expected M&S standard. Bakery staff x3 were stood ignoring customers and talking and joking away in Tagalog for two minutes while a customer was stood directly in front of them. In fairness, the staff member who eventually served me was friendly and polite- once they finally paused their conversation. But, in my cynical mind, I wonder if prices could be cheaper as they don't really have any competition for the range of products they sell.
