We mostly visit at wkends or after work for small bits. General shop floor staff are good, not massively hello type, but non offensive and helpful if needed. Sadly there is 1 member of the hygiene / cleaning team (mopping before store closed, but you can tell wants the store to be closed) who has an unkind and unfortunate energy. They/he seems selective in attitude too (I've seen being v welcoming to someone asking for help with finding an item).
