I asked for the egg white to be cooked so there was no slimy white, I’m glad that this request was met in my eggs florentine order. I was expecting more flavour in the hollandaise sauce but I was still pleased with the dish as a whole. They were generous with the amount of sauce. I got apple and orange juice but could mainly taste carrots, I mixed it with my friend’s fresh juice which included orange. This did the trick and balanced out the juice and I was satisfied. I’ve been to fancier places which have had bad french toast, this did not disappoint. I was glad I ordered the french toast which satisfied my sweet craving, generous amount of maple syrup and tasty fruit balanced the toast. As it wasn’t busy, the chef said she could make me these breakfast items at 5pm. She was lovely and friendly. The place is child friendly with a small corner for children to play in, with toys and even a chalk board. We had eaten our sandwiches and decided to have an dessert. I chose to eat apple crumble and my cousins chose red velvet cake and brownie. I was slowly breaking into the crumble as it seemed very hard. As I was eating it I noticed a hard thing in my mouth I spat it out and it was a "nail", YESSS a nail, a human nail inside the crumble which was also in my mouth for a few moments before I spat it out.

I showed the people around me as they was also shocked, I drew attention from people in other tables sat far away and they all was discussed, I felt sick and I keep vomiting still till this very late evening.

My sister approached the waiter and told him we have a nail in the crumble he made excuses without apologising mentioning it could possibly be paper. Paper doesn't taste hard, I know what a paper looks like, I am fully aware. He agreed to provide refund on that crumble and seemed very unbothered, didn't apologise, I was in shock and lost for words at that I had seen, I already suffer from health problems and now it has caused me to vomit since and...

So I’ve been going here for the past four years and the food the coffee and the service is lovely however-I’ve noticed that every time I go in there to sit and eat and drinking, there’s a few flies flying around and it’s really annoying having him near your food and coffee while you’re trying to relax. I did ask today do you have the fly catcher machine? They said it's broken, Well, I know that because the last few times I’ve been there it’s not been on so I know it’s broken but I haven’t done anything about it yet and that there flies this morning example 1st thing 3 of them buzzing round.
