M&S Simply Food — Local services in London

I live 5 mins walk away. This could be a really good outlet for us. Its a 24 hour Service station - usually its open for petrol/ M&S food/ alcohol 24 hours. So great! Though they're only open 24 hour only every now and then when it suits them. Alcohol is sold 24 hour but only when it suits them. Ive walked up there for a pint of milk 'later' and they are not open, then I've walked past at 2am and they are open and selling alcohol on a week day! So you think 'great! That so cool!, next time id like some more booze at the weekend when my friends are over, ill walk over'! Now I've just walked over on a Saturday night at the same time and they are open, but the alcohol section is closed. For gods sake, just sort out what...

A good selection of food but some major minus points here. The toilets are always filthy, service is usually given slowly by very bored staff and recently they've switched to locking the doors after 2200. A big selling point here used to be the fact you could browse the shop 24hrs, now you have to do the standard 'ask at the window' routine - where they don't accept...

The disabled toilet dolidnt have the toilet rolls neither water in the wash basin. The other toilet didnt have the toilet roll. Only when i came out of the disabled someone put the toilet roll in the other toilet. At least the disabled toilet should be kept...
