We didn’t have any issues finding a table. However, I had to queue for 20-30 minutes before getting served (there was only two people in front of me). One of the staff there was learning and was entirely dependent on the other colleague, so we had to wait for her to return from errands before ordering. They had hardly any food in. Lots of people were really disappointed and complaining. Not even milk in for a coffee. We are veggies and they only had two options available. I had to ask “what do you actually have in”. Received wrong drinks too, due to how overwhelmed the two members of staff were.
Food was unspectacular and tasted bad. The nuggets were draped in a heavy tasting Texas bbq sauce. The three chips starter with sauces tasted bad, the chips were also thin and lacked taste.
Overall, service and food quality was terrible. We paid £37.00 for the privilege. Avoid here and go...
Read moreAbsolutely horrible experience. The waitress was lovely but was obviously fully intimidated by her manager. They accused us of not paying after showing them our bank statement of a charge several times. After speaking to them very respectfully for quite a bit amount of time, the manager Valentina, threatened to call the cops on us. We continued to show them the bank statements and asked them to show us proof that we did not pay. Which of course they had no proof of. We ended up having to pay for the drinks a second time because of how rude Valentina was, we simply did not want to deal with it anymore. The staff was friendly but the manager at the end of the night definitely ruined the experience completely. She began to throw glasses under the bar, clearly out of frustration. Rude and demeaning. Will never be back...
Read more⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely loved our visit to The Three Crowns! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and full of character. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive without being overbearing.
We ordered a mix of dishes and every single one was spot-on—fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. The Sunday roast in particular was one of the best we’ve had in London. Great portion sizes too!
The drinks menu had something for everyone, with a great selection of beers and some fantastic cocktails.
Whether you're after a cosy pint, a proper meal, or just a great spot to catch up with friends, The Three Crowns hits the mark. Will definitely...
