DO NOT USE THIS NAIL PLACE!!! I went in yesterday for an infill & reshape and was charged an extortionate £37. To top it off, my friend paid on my behalf, and the salon pocketed the change without my knowledge. During the process, the lady who did my nails was lovely so when the shape wasn't anything like I requested (Stiletto Square), I accepted the error as I didn't show an image. However, once I left the shop and in daylight, I could see how badly botched my nails were - see attached photos. I immediately went back to the salon and requested a partial refund and they refused. When I then requested a fix, I was again refused. She then informed me she had been in this business for 10 years, and had never had a complaint until me (lies), blamed me for my nail bleed, and blamed me for the blotchy application as I chose the wrong colour. I don't usually write reviews unless it's to praise. I know how difficult it is for small business to survive and it is not in my nature be nasty. However, not only was this the worse pedicure I've ever had, the girl who did it was very rude. The whole thing took about ten mins from beginning to end. When I complained about the way she had applied the nail varnish, she blamed me for picking the wrong color and having "small" nails. In the end I told her to remove the color and I would leave. Eventually, I reluctantly agreed to let her repaint them the result was better although very far from a good job. The place also struck me as not being over clean. My nails were done nicely by one of the therapists however I wasn't impressed by the owner's attitude. Felt she treated my like I was going to rob her.
