Bathroom Design Studio London — Local services in London

We have been looking at various showrooms in London as me and my husband were renovating our bathroom. Out of all of them, I felt by far BDS were the most efficient regarding customer care and service throughout. I was extremely impressed with their knowledge of products and range of fittings on show in their showroom. Oh, and their showroom is just AMAZING!!! What was funny was that I had a specific theme, chose sanitary wear I wanted to purchase, yet by the end of the design process this had all changed. This was because they had products me and my husband had never seen or heard of, and I can tell you now, I researched long and hard into what I wanted. I honestly couldn't recommend BDS London more highly than I have in my review. The whole team were very efficient in helping me and my husband achieve our vision with our home bathroom. Everyone has always said to me renovating was one of the hardest and most difficult ventures, however I didn't feel this at all. If I ever renovate again (which I will not- as my bathroom is now stunning) I will contact Mathew from BDS. Thank you Mathew, you made my dreams come true! I love my bathroom so much...

I purchased £20k of bathroom products from BDS and delivery of the items was all fine and they were really nice to deal with. I found that 2 smaller items worth around £400 not suitable so I asked to return them for a refund, which Mathew accepted. I understood it took some time for the manufacturers to refund BDS, so I periodically checked with Mathew to see if my refunds had come in, which I believe they finally did , but I then chased repeatedly to no avail. Each time I was told they need to check with accounting or they will pay me within the week. But sadly I never received the refund. It puzzles me why I would be treated like this. Nothing short of absolutely OUTSTANDING! The range of beautiful, quality products, excellent advice, attention to detail, and the unstinting support throughout the project is second to none.
