A few months ago, the inGeniusly team invited Bassanti to speak at one of our events.
We used to host monthly sessions where inGeniusly would share insights on brain performance, accompanied by an external expert discussing topics related to the brain’s ecosystem.
Bringing in Bassanti was, without a doubt, an amazing decision!
Beyond her vibrant energy and warm, welcoming smile, Bassanti’s ability to clearly convey how yoga can benefit brain health was truly impressive, especially because she made us see that yoga isn’t just some moves you do, but a complex science where everything you do (posture, breath, meditation, reading, even a hand gesture) affects the body and brain. She explained the connection between yoga and neuroscience, captivating our clients who appreciated how this practice can promote a calmer, more relaxed mind.
Bassanti was a brilliant speaker, able to blend humour with inspiration. She’s not only highly knowledgeable but also has an incredible ability to read the room, delivering a presentation rich with tangible insights on the long-term benefits of yoga.
Personally, I found it fascinating to gain new perspectives on a practice I've done for years, learning connections I hadn’t previously understood.

Whether it’s Vinyasa , Masala, or Yin, office, home, studio or Zoom based, with a glorious half hour of meditation at the end, Santi’s classes are always highly satisfying. Beginners or those with a more advanced practice are welcomed and guided through moves with modifications for those who want them. Showing up is what it’s all about, often that’s the hardest part, but Santi’s teaching will make you want to show up every week, to push yourself further.
