I came to Samet after having a bad experience at another salon, so I was naturally a bit apprehensive. From the very first consultation, he was honest and reassuring. Instead of just going ahead and charging me straight away, he actually advised that I could leave my extensions in for another month so I wouldn’t waste my money. That honesty really stood out to me.

When I came back a month later, Samet took the extensions out and worked around my busy schedule. I had meetings that day but needed my hair done before the weekend, and he was so accommodating. Starting super early in the morning, splitting my appointment, and even staying late when I arrived an hour late. He truly went above and beyond.

The hair colour he chose is perfect, it suits my skin tone so well, and I’ve received so many compliments since. At first, I wasn’t sure, but once he finished, I couldn’t have been happier with the result. On top of his skill, he’s also such a genuinely kind person, making the whole experience comfortable and easy (I even got some work done while he was doing my hair!).

I’m so glad I found Samet, he’s incredibly talented, professional, and honest. I’ll definitely be back in a couple of months to have my extensions redone....

Like many others I am really thankful to have Sam take care of my hair. I am very specific about the colour & the way I like balayage, ice-ash, no yellow or copper pigmentation, overall blonde but with my natural brown colour throughout to match the eyebrows. Quite some task. I am also very involved in choosing the colours & decision making on % for different mixes and he is very happy to discuss and work together to get the best result. I really appreciate this and know that many hairdressers would not be thrilled about with this idea... 😃 He is also very careful & pays attention to the quality of the hair, which is a task in itself. He also really helped me with the products I use; I now opt for oil based shampoos & conditioners and do not use many silicone/hydrophilic products. Certainly not at the same time. Sam is also really efficient - I am in and out with cut & colour in a flash which is great. I used to sit for quite a while in the hairdressers.. The salon itself is really lovely and cosy.
