Shanghai Surprise — Local services in London

Wasn't going to write anything until at several occasions my food has arrived a whole hour and a half late. It's quite sad that Shanghai doesn't have good customer service I was told my food will be an hour and a half late and you would expect a explanation but all the guy said is "it's a new driver" is that my fault you are understaffed and have a driver that's not capable of driving literally down the road. I asked ok how are u going to keep ur regular customers happy he said we can't do nothing for u and laughed ? How rude in the end they sent us some free mini spring rolls? Food was absolutely below par. Lacked quality, I ordered for fried squid with ginger and onion, it didn't look anything like fried squid more like plain squid in sauce with spring onion.
