I walked into this store asking if they sold hen do accessories, one of the two shop assistants was doing her makeup in the mirror and said that they didn’t have any, without turning towards me (the customer). I mentioned that someone in the other branch of their stores (where I had just been) said that they would and she responded ‘I don’t care about what they said, we don’t have any’. I said thank you and started to exit the store. I then saw that towards the exit there was a box with hen do accessories. I proceeded to take a few and as I went to purchase them, I pointed out that they do in fact sell hen do accessories. The same lady responded ‘we don’t have to sell them to you if you are so horrible to us’. I mentioned it to them so that if other customers had the same question they could respond by giving them correct information.

I think the store management needs to better train their staff on customer experience. And the people working in the store need to remember that customers are always right - or rather, that customer satisfaction is the ultimate...

I bought a silver skull ring in this shop for £68. After wearing it twice two of the small stones fell out and then so did the main stone in the skulls eye. I emailed the store but had no reply, when I called up the lady on the phone advised me to come into the store to get a refund on the ring. When I got to the store the lady I spoke to on the phone said I would have to waiting until the manager was off of the phone. I then spoke to the manager, who was very rude and abrupt, she was shouting at me while she was on the phone to the owner, refusing to refund the ring as she beieved the ring must have broken due to an impact, I wear many rings and have never had a stone fall out before. The ring was purely just poorly made and faulty. The manager then became very frantic and started accusing me of damaging the ring and used any excuse she could think of to not refund me. I have taken the issue up with trading standards. I DO NOT RECOMENT THIS SHOP TO ANYONE. Very poor customer service with rude unhelpful staff that try to intimidate you into getting...

Horrible store staff unwilling to tell me prices or help as according to staff “I can’t get to the window as there stuff In front of window”and “it’s our busiest time of the year” here’s an idea move the stuff and put up a sign saying “we can’t help due to it being our busiest time of the year. “

I love shopping in stores who do me a favour by serving me and make me feel my presence is an imposition.

Shop was super busy with 3 yes whole people in it.

Can you sense the irony.

Walked out won’t bother again looks like they did me a favour as according to other reviews their stock is substandard rubbish.

If I find a shop with good service I continue to use won’t bother...
