My wife and I just got back from staying here and we can’t stop raving about this place! From the moment we walked in to the moment we left our stay was nothing short of amazing. The location, service, rooms, decor, restaurants, everything was top of the line. We want to go back to London just so we can stay here again! ||We took a red-eye in from the U.S. and we were exhausted when we got to the hotel. Immediately we were taken care of. They brought us to a bathroom where we could quickly freshen up before we checked in with Frederica. She was incredibly kind and helped us get checked in and up to our rooms early. The rooms were beautiful with good space and the showers were fantastic! Having this kind of hospitality right as we walked in from a long flight where we were exhausted was beyond appreciated. ||That first night we dined at Dear Jackie, the hotel restaurant, and it was delicious. The vibe in the restaurant was super cool and the food matched it. We are constantly craving their risotto again! Highly recommend making a reservation there whether you are staying at the hotel or not. ||Throughout our stay every time we walked downstairs to leave the staff checked in on us and you could tell they really cared. Marcos, Adam, and Donato wanted to know how we were doing, how our stay was, what we were up to that day or night and provided any and all help they could. They are the main reason we want to go back. In such a short trip, they became friends. ||Second night we had drinks up at the hotel rooftop bar, Flute. Again, can’t say enough about the decor and the vibe of this entire hotel. It was winter so access to the outside was closed, but even still it was a great atmosphere. ||On our final morning I went down and had my breakfast in The Nook, a space that is reserved for guests only. It was a lovely area and I was lucky enough to have the entire space to myself as I enjoyed my breakfast. They also have great room service in which they will bring you up anything from the menu and we took advantage of that a couple of times. ||Regarding the location, it was everything we wanted! SoHo was wonderful. The area was safe and vibrant. Multiple nights throughout our stay my wife and I walked back to the hotel with zero problem and enjoyed every moment of it. It was incredibly easy to get to Regent St, The National Gallery, Westminster, River Thames and many other popular locations. So many great pubs, restaurants, bakeries, and shops to check out and go to right in the neighborhood. ||When it was finally time to check out it was honestly bittersweet, we were saying goodbye to friends. They treated us so well and our stay was so great that we were sad to leave! Even to the last moment though they were helping us, getting us a cab, packing our suitcases in it and sending us off to the train station to enjoy the rest of our vacation!||Thank you again to Marcos, Federica, Adam, Donato, and the whole staff. Our stay was an amazing experience and we are...
