After traveling to the Sports Direct store located at Whitechapel road, then Mile end road, I was told to travel to the store located at Picadilly Circus to ask if they could help get a refund for a a shirt for my nephew, a lady named Carolina was very kind and helpful and deserves a pay rise because she explained that Sports Direct does not offer refunds. She explained that they give you a voucher instead. This forces Customers to purchase from their company. It is evil and wrong. If you make a mistake and want to return an item, no one picks up when you call their customer service number. When you email, they respond that you will get a full refund and when you visit the store, staff refuse the refund and tell you the email from Sports Direct is a lie.
