I had high hopes for this store. I ordered online two shirts, two scarfs, one hat and one mug. It was sent inside a small poly mailer. When I open to check inside I only saw one item had arrived which was the mug. The other items were missing. Unfortunately because the poly mailer was fragile the mug arrived broken. I then contacted customer service to explain everything. They asked for a picture of the broken mug which I proceeded to send them. From then on I didn’t get a response for 12 days. I kept emailing back asking for any updates. Then they eventually email me back to say they talk to someone at Royal Mail who told them I have to file a claim with my countries postal service since it was an international shipment. However, my postal service is the same as Royal Mail in the sense that the sender has to be the one who files the claim. I explained that in my email to the customer service agent and I asked him to file a claim for the missing and broken items. Instead of asking anything else, I received a response from customer service asking if I only received the broken mug and they were surprised the other items were missing. I been saying that from the beginning. I don’t understand the confusion when I been writing about it back and forth. Read moreThis store is definitely a great place to go to if you're a fan of the show, but the prices are astonishing -- as some other reviews say, 5 pounds for a sticker! I bought a sticker and a keychain not knowing the price of either (since it's not even stated anywhere). I thought the sticker was going to be 3 pounds maximum, so I was really surprised when I saw the receipt saying it was 5 pounds. I then asked to return it, but who I think is the manager said they don't usually do refunds on stickers? Like she thinks 5 pounds is insignificant enough that it doesn't deserve a refund. She then said when you pay for it you know the price of the items, but how am I supposed to know the individual price of each item if the only price I know is the total price? And I told her that but she said you should have asked the price before buying it. She has a point, but the fact that you don't put the price anywhere is just an indirect scam. She then gave us the refund but I think the interaction was very displeasing. Read moreI visited The Official Ted Lasso Store when it wasn't officially opened: during a 'soft' opening. I met the owner Thomas who was able to provide me information on the goods. Unfortunately the items I wanted were either not available at that time or I didn't have case space for other items, so he gave me the shops contact information. I contacted Tomas when I arrived back in Australia and he sent me stock information and prices. My goods arrived yesterday, earlier than I anticipated and at a great price.
