United Arrivals Lounge — Local services in London

This lounge is shared by United Airlines and Air Canada. It's so convenient and a perfect place to freshen up after the long flight. Opens 6am to 2pm daily. Located just outside the Heathrow Terminal 2 International Arrivals.

This lounge is open to the following customers:

United Airlines Business Class travellers arriving on United Airlines United Global Services members.

Air Canada Business Class customers arriving on an Air Canada international flight Super Elite 100K members (including 1 guest) arriving on an Air Canada international flight

We are frequent travellers with United Airlines and have been to this lounge numerous times in the past. Normally we’re here for shower and some light breakfast. We sometimes ordered something from the menu too. They have a few shower suites. Towels, sleepers, hair dryers, shampoos and soaps are all provided.

This lounge is also a great place to relax while waiting for your pick up.

I usually access via Air Canada business class, but was flying United for this leg - AC and United share this lounge located just to the left as soon as you exit the T2 arrivals doors. It's usually not too busy and a perfect stop after a redeye, to grab a shower and nibble before starting the day - especially for those 6:30am arrivals. If you’re not looking closely, you can miss this place, but it’s a very convenient place to wait for friends landing later, or just to wait if your driver isn’t here yet. There are showers, and also food options which are pretty good. Ranging from smoothies to pastries to fruits. They only let people with business class boarding passes in so make sure you have yours.
