I love British bacon. To me, British bacon is the best bacon in the world. So, not knowing when I would next be here, I was really looking forward to a last bacon sandwich before leaving the country. When I first unwrapped it, I noticed the sourdough bread was warm and soft, the egg was not so overdone as to become rubbery, the bacon was not too dry and not too greasy. There was a lettuce leaf on it but... ok. All good things. It was only when I bit into it that I realized they had covered it in a tangy, cumin based curry paste. It wasn't horrible. At any other time I would have probably enjoyed it, but according to the sign, I had ordered a bacon and egg sandwich on a sourdough muffin. There was no mention of it being covered in anything that would so substantially change the nature of what I was expecting to enjoy. As a result I was completely and utterly disappointed and my rating is based on that, the waste of my time, and the loss of my last opportunity to enjoy a British bacon and egg sandwich. If interesting food combinations are your claim to fame, make it a statement, not a surprise. I wasn't in the mood to argue with the counter staff about getting a replacement, and it was expensive enough that I wasn't about to simply toss it and buy another, so I just salvaged any pieces of uncompromised bacon I could and threw the rest away. My tip for travellers then is that the food seems ok, but be aware that what you get may not be what you expected.

This was my first time trying Leon, it met my expectations and the grub was yummy, i dig it! Offering a fresh-take on healthy hot fast food makes this joint a great option for airport lunches in a hurry when it caters well for me as a vegetarian and also is considerate of other dietary requirements such as gluten free. I hauled a quick Sweet Potato Falafel Wrap and portion of the Leon Baked Waffle Cuts, I chowed it down in minutes and a happy vegan from this experience. It tasted fresh, vibrant and wholesome with a great balance of not being too overwhelming in size. The waffle cuts were pretty disappointing, I ate them in minutes after purchase but they lacked any crispness and were soggy and droopy. Topping this off with a Karma Drink Organic Razza was the ultimate thirst quencher and a perfect compliment. The baked snacks and pastries look super yummy and will definetely be an option for me next time.

Interesting food variety that I liked! Fast food in the true sense of the word - majority of the food is already prepared, sitting and patiently waiting behind the counter for customers to pick them. I chose the Korean burger, which was tasty, with enough meat and great spicy kick, and a Kerala curry, also very good, but could have been a little more seasoned. Service was fast, prices were more than decent for airport food and a large selection of beverages was available, however some of them were not cold enough when I picked them up from the fridge. One thing that really annoyed me was the lack of seating space - people who finished their meals didn't move, they just kept sitting there being on their phones, laptops or books, instead of vacating the space for customers who are about to eat. I had to eat my food on an airport bench. Please do something about it! Paid by card. Visited in July 2022.

If you have any food intolerance's or dietary requirements this is the place for you - Absolutely amazing! Although this happened about 2 weeks ago, it is 100% worth me doing a review about this place. It was my first time in Heathrow Airport and when I was searching for a place to eat, "Naturally Fast Food" caught my eye and off I went in my search for something I could eat. Yes, you guessed it, I am another one of those gluten-intolerant people (insert: shock, horror and disbelief!).

As these airport scenarios usually go for me, the struggle to find something other than a salad (bar, the dreaded croutons), is a somewhat grueling process where I search all the available options for about 15 minutes, don't find anything suitable and then end up trying to fill the void with a latte while I sprint to the gate because I've almost missed the boarding call in my lost-cause search for some sustenance. I couldn't believe it was my lucky day - I stumbled upon an oasis of healthy food options where my jaw was near enough on the floor as I tried to sift through the many meals I could choose from (Say what? Because #thisneverhappenstome).

A lovely man by the name of Sam who works there saw my indecisive brain ticking, welcomed me and offered a few friendly recommendations. Steering away from my instinctive salad choice I went with one of his faves; the Chicken Satay Hot Box. Can I just say... AH-MA-Zinggg!!! And believe me this was a hard choice to come to because if my eyes had it their way I would have chosen one of every option, unfortunately my tummy capacity said otherwise.

The ambiance was great, I enjoyed the soothing music (definitely kept the typical airport people-traffic and panic well at bay) and my food was just fantastic - healthy, quick and tasty! I went further and even treated myself to a PB&J and a vegan billionaire.. I just had too!

LEON food chain, THANK YOU for existing! If I am ever near one again, hands down, it will be my ONLY option....

We got there when it was quiet around 4pm on the 3/3/25 the food was instant because it was left out for ages. Unfresh and stale. I know in fast food things can be done ahead so I didn't think much of it. As I was chewing the food was also cold and again I didn't think much of it. However as time went on 12 hours later I've gotten rhe worst food poisoning and it's ruined My entire holiday. Its shocking I paid for that food. I can only look back and see the signs.

The staff wasn't that busy they just prepped so far ahead. Almost too far ahead because the buns on the burger had a rough texture that wasn't even bread like. Just stale.

A woman spilt her coke near us and the worker wasn't very happy (no customer service face or tone) he even had a go at her as he was cleaning up. The coke was all over the floor and he didn't mop it up. It was starting to get busier as we was killing time waiting for our gate to come. He just left loads of blue roll on the spillage and left it like that for the flys to swarm around it.

The bin also after time was taken out its bin area and hanging just outside. All these signs didn't alert me. I just wanted to sit and eat somewhere whist waiting for our flight/gate number. However this is now 48hrs later I'm still stuck by the toliet. Please avoid here if you want to actually enjoy your...
