My visit was prompted by a voucher for a delayed flight otherwise I was blissfully unaware of the Jones brand.

I popped in for breakfast and a solid 5 stars for the premium look & feel of the brand, plus the top notch customer service - friendly, attentive & responsive staff making you feel at home from the minute you arrive.

It’s a large space with table seating and side bar with high stool sitting, flora & fauna subtly but effectively integrated with a nice view overlooking the concourse.

I opted for the full English breakfast which looked good on the menu and still looked good on arrival.

Taste is personal and the meal as a whole didn’t come together for me - the mushrooms were bland, sausages good but as a whole I found it just okay.

Price at £17 is on the high side but what you’d expect with the airport premium thrown in. Add another £5 for a hot chocolate. However I didn’t mind because of the voucher I was using.

I’ll definitely be back to try something else on their menu and hopefully second time lucky. The Lady next to me was tucking into the...

We had a wonderful experience at Jones the Grocer in Terminal 2. The service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and efficient. A special mention goes to the manager, Magda, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. Their warm and professional manner really stood out and made us feel well looked after.

The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The kids absolutely loved their pancakes and the brioche—both were a hit and kept them happily occupied, which is no small feat when travelling! The breakfast menu overall was impressive, with a good range of options to suit different tastes.

I particularly enjoyed the Spanish latte, which had the perfect balance of sweetness and richness—easily one of the best airport coffees I’ve had. The breakfast itself was hearty, well-seasoned, and cooked to perfection.

Considering it’s in an airport, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality, comfort, and overall atmosphere. Highly recommend for anyone passing through T2 looking for a relaxing and tasty start to...

Very disappointed... We were unfortunately denied breakfast at 10:50 a.m., despite being handed breakfast menus and having the very polite waiter double-check with the manager and kitchen. It felt out of place to be asked to order lunch—such as steak or pizza—at that hour, especially when every table around us was still being served breakfast.

This restaurant has been our go-to family spot at the airport for years, and we've always enjoyed both the food and the welcoming atmosphere under previous management. It’s disappointing that the new policy seems less accommodating, particularly in what is otherwise the most family-friendly dining option at the airport.

Everything else about the experience is great, but since we couldn't enjoy any of it, we felt it fair to leave a 1-star review. That said, I’d be more than happy to update it to 5 stars if they decide to continue serving breakfast through 10:50 a.m....

My first trip to England is due to a flight cancellation from Italy to Copenhagen. Now I'm here in England for the first time in my life. At Jones the Grocer, I saw a big sign with their breakfast suggestions, and it appealed to me because they serve a traditional full English breakfast. Unfortunately, they were missing baked beans, but it was still about 95% there. The staff were very welcoming and smiling. I felt welcome. The food came quickly and was delicious, I can highly recommend it. There are, by the way, USB-A and C charging ports at the tables. Unfortunately, there is no EU 230V socket, but presumably an English socket that doesn't fit anything from the EU. If they wanted to improve something, they could install an EU socket for us from the EU. There's not much else to say except that it was a good and pleasant experience.
