Never thought I’d review a Pret – let alone an airport one – but here we are. It’s genuinely handy that you can grab a coffee and a bite as early as 4:30am. Big kudos to the team waking up in the middle of the night to serve hot drinks to half-asleep travellers.

Service-wise, it’s exactly what you’d expect from Pret: reasonably quick, clean enough considering the location, and generally efficient. If you’re after a 5-star experience (as some reviewers weirdly seem to expect), you’re probably in the wrong place. But for a pre-flight coffee and croissant? This does the job.

My only gripe: the prices. Yes, I understand—airport location, early hours, limited competition, etc. But paying over £2 for still water, £3+ for a simple black coffee, and £4+ for porridge or muesli feels steep. Especially when you know it costs less in central London. That part leaves a bit of a sour taste.

All in all: convenient, efficient, but bring...

I travel a lot but very rarely stop at Pret despite passing through the terminal multiple times. I did today! Big selection. Very busy open branch with a lot of seating located in Heathrow Terminal 2 after security. Lines moved quickly and staff were pleasant and friendly. I couldn't find any seats, so took my order away and grabbed a spot outside. I got the Scandi Style Salmon Rye Roll with a weak black americano and a bottle of still water. Everything was fine and perfect before a flight. The roll was delicious. The americano was weak as I wanted with one shot. Pret is always hit and miss. Good experience at this branch. Just wish it...

Very poor customer service, well they don't have to give it as not relying on repeat customers. Bacon role, bread greasy from bacon. Bacon drier than the sole of my boots. Un-edible Tea, how can you get it so wrong. All it is, is a tea bag, hot water but not half a cup of milk! I left the tea bag in for 5 minutes to get some colour in it. Unable as way too much milk. Hence cold. Went ti exchange, staff spent more if her time smiling and giving freebe to a worker . She wanted me to go back to another member if staff who had served me. I had already spent 5 minutes waiting to be served. This was at 06.15 in the morning. In the end walked away...

Great place for a quick grab. Huge variety of freshly prepared sandwiches, baguettes, delicious croissant and superb organic coffee. The team also is energetic, helpful and welcoming- ready to serve you with a smile. This store has a huge place to Dine in with flight information screens too. This Store accepts coffee subscriptions on all Barista made drinks. Would highly recommend this place to every one who is flying from Heathrow Terminal 2. This place is a must before you fly😋

Nice selection of sandwiches, drinks & coffee. It was full packed so wasn’t expecting perfect. Btw had my things but it was time to pay, customer service was soo poor without smile and totally ignoring customers. Even i didn’t pay yet, he called NEXT. It’s a polite way to say Fish Off. hope one day they say nicely goodbye to customers
