I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the behavior of one of your staff members at the counter. On our recent visit to collect an order before 10 PM, the counter person was extremely rude and unwelcoming. It felt as though he was not happy to hand over the parcel, despite us arriving well within the operational hours. Unfortunately, the situation worsened the next day when I had to send my parents to collect an order on my behalf. The same staff member was again disrespectful, even raising his voice at them without any valid reason. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially in a customer-facing role.

We visit your establishment expecting good service and respect, not to be insulted or treated with hostility. This experience has impacted our self-respect and left us feeling deeply disappointed. We urge you to take this matter seriously and ensure that no other customer has to go through such treatment in the future. Thank you for your attention...

I live close by and have visited the shop many times and the service has been great.

However went in today, they have put a limit on items, which is completely fine and good but charged me £6.50 for a bag of wedges and a frozen pizza???!!!

I heard another guy beside me buying quite a few things say to the cashier “you know the guys in the shop down the road in rose food and wine haven’t increased their prices” the cashier just ignored him and pretended he didn’t notice.

They are price gouging in this time when people are just trying to make sure they have everything and are already worried about money and their health.

Shame on you Westferry Metro. I will never shop with you again and I do hope you realise what you’re doing and change your ways before you lose your entire customer base.
