Purchased some paint from them through their website. Does not mention any delivery distance information on there. Order was going to be cancelled without even informing me as my delivery address was too far apparently. Delivery orders over £100 are said to be free on their website but I was charged for delivery. They have no clue about any of their online orders, have called them 5-10 times to get an update on the order, delivery address had to be changed to somewhere more local to them to avoid cancellation & even then had to chase them for the order. After every call I was told I’d receive a call back regarding an update on when I’d receive the order, but never got a call back on any occasion.

No organisation whatsoever. Don’t recommend anyone...

This store is a scam and operates unethically. Comparable items can be found at places like Screwfix, Leyland, toolbank and other places for much cheaper.

My wife tried to return paint for a less expensive option, but they gave her cheaper paint at the same price, effectively stealing money.

The person responsible, introduced himself as the director, displayed unprofessional and unacceptable behavior, which is disgraceful for a fairly new startup company seeking customer trust.

I have lost faith in this company. I will shop elsewhere, even if it costs more, to avoid dealing with...

Amazing experience! Doing some small home renovations and needed help with getting the equipment I needed. The team at Zyber went above and beyond to help. Worked with Mohammad and he just knew his stuff. He was able to point out what I needed, explain what needed to be done. He truly went above and beyond the call of duty. By the end of the day I had progressed much further on the renovations than I expected. I am grateful to their expertise, expansive supply and desire to help....
