It's the best place to use on a laptop I agree. But It was the most unkind cafe I've ever been to. 1. I ordered food and got a number and was waiting in my seat. But a few minutes later, the female staff took mine number while organizing the seats next to them. she think I don’t look like a normal person I was ordering food and waiting for?? It was very unpleasant and I called her back and told her the food hadn't come out yet, and she said she would bring it to me on anyway lol 😂 2. She didn't check the menu clearly when she brought me food. You brought me something different from the food I ordered, and is this why she took the number ticket? When I said it was different from the food I ordered, she took it with a grimace haha Is this my fault? 3. Yeah, I know they're busy. But we are customers who are paying the exact amount of service. I visited this place three times, and I felt unkind when I ordered it in all my experiences It's a pretty and good cafe to study at, but I feel I don't want to go again.

Matcha latte was good. But server could have been more friendly. They didn’t ask me for my milk option before payment and gave me a ‘telling off’ for not saying so beforehand as it costs extra but how was I supposed to know
I was never asked
also it slipped my mind that I would’ve preferred an alternative milk
and every cafe in the UK is different, some charge, some don’t
isn’t asking your job to fulfil? Why is the blame being shifted onto the customer? I reflexively said sorry too lol. Also main thing, I got the ‘Chicken, Avo, Mayo & Veg’ sandwich (toasted) which cost £5.65
but there was not a single piece of avocado in it. Bizarre.

The deserts here are really delicious - really on par with some of the best I had. I really liked their pistachio cake, and my girlfriend said their matcha latte is really good. Also, the guys working here are super, SUPER friendly!! :) It's also really.. aesthetic, haha, I really enjoy the vibes. I passed this café countless times without thinking much about it, but I wish I went here sooner, because it is a nice experience, and kind of a sanctuary from the busier neighborhood? Overall, highly recommend checking it out! ^^

Poor Service and Facilities- not safe for Laptops

My recent visits to Neighbourhood Organic have been profoundly disappointing. On my first visit, I was ignored at the counter for several minutes while the staff engaged in personal conversations. When I was finally acknowledged, the greeting was cold, and I was made to feel as though I was inconveniencing them. I dismissed this as an off day for the staff and decided to give the establishment another chance.

Unfortunately, my second visit was equally, if not more, unpleasant. The tables at the restaurant were uneven, which led to a spill of orange juice all over my laptop when another customer got up. This caused substantial liquid damage to my device. When I requested a towel to clean up the mess, I was told to wait despite explaining the urgency of the situation. The staff provided paper-thin napkins which were wholly inadequate for the job. It was only after I expressed my frustration that a microfibre towel was reluctantly given to me. Fortunately, a more considerate colleague assisted in replacing my juice and helping with the clean-up.

Adding to the frustration, my food never arrived despite waiting for over an hour. As I had a class to attend, I approached the same unhelpful staff member to inquire about my order and requested a refund due to the excessive wait time. While they did refund me, they admonished me for not reminding them about my order sooner. This level of service is unacceptable, particularly as someone who has worked in the service industry.

While Neighbourhood Organic seems like a nice place to study or work, the service and lack of timeliness with food, along with the inadequate support if you need help, are severely lacking. As I was leaving, I noticed another customer experiencing a spill from an uneven table, further highlighting the ongoing issues with the restaurant's facilities and service. Overall, my experiences at Neighbourhood Organic were highly unsatisfactory, and I cannot recommend this...

Wow what an utter disappointment. I gave this venue two opportunities and regret both. The first I ordered an açai bowl which was so runny and they served it with a fork, also none of the ingredients listed were in the bowl. It lacked taste and they use poor quality ingredients.

Ok my second visit I tried the hot breakfast and was served cold Turkey rashers, my toast showed up after the breakfast after requesting it 3 times and then was uncooked sourdough but the hash brown was the only edible part. In addition to this they use ketchup in sachets which isn’t very mindful of the environment considering the vibe they are trying to portray along with serving Kombucha for £4 which isn’t sugar free - again poor quality.

The icing on the cake for me was my iced latte which I ordered with coconut milk and after drinking half I felt the taste was off, they had served me normal milk and u have an allergy to dairy and the main lady who I think could be the owner laughed when her colleague told her about the mistake. Not only did I pay extra for the milk but she didn’t even refund me the extra money I had paid after I then had stay home from the stomach aches which proceeded.

This place is a true disappointment - I will be sticking to...
