Domino's Pizza - Manchester - Chorlton — Local services in Manchester

Have ordered from this Domino's many times, both collection and delivery with no hassle. Unfortunately the last two deliveries have been terrible, waiting for a long time when app says out for delivery, arriving cold as a result. First time the delivery driver unable to find address (the flats are clearly shown on Google maps 🤷‍♂️). But as first time it happened we just chalked it up to one of those things., a one off, as previously never any issues. However, most recently the driver just parked about a 5 minute walk down the road and sat in his car while we went to collect, the reason apparently being he could not park directly outside the door to the flats, although he did find the carpark as we saw him drive round it 3 times, must have been too far to walk (approx 30 secs at a guess). Needless to say we'll no longer be ordering from them again, if you offer a delivery service that's what should happen. I rarely give poor reviews I like to say nice things but it was just so bad this...

My sister had come back from a 12 hour shift, absolutely Hank Marvin, and she thought to order some dominoes. The thought of the food must’ve been mesmerising after a gruelling day at work, and she placed her order with a big smile on her face, expecting to tuck in within the next hour…THREE hours later and she’s had to go to bed, stomach rumbling as if Godzilla is in there causing destruction and the grub turns up. We only found out because of a notification saying enjoy your meal and found the food out there freezing it’s tits off as if it’s been to the North Pole and back. I’ve spoken to many support workers who tried to help their best but all that came out of it was £5 credit which btw was taken off us when the food came 3 hours later. No one knocked. Absolutely horrible customer service, and the communication is extremely poor! Called and ordered a Large Pizza to pick up with tired young children in the car. The lady said it would be 15-20 min, arrived to collect and called to ask if it was ready. I was waiting on hold for 3 minutes...not sure why, and then another lady picked up the phone and asked how she could help me. Explained I ordered over 20 mins ago and she asked if I can wait another 7 minutes...no explanation given and i said yes i am waiting outside, asked if I would wait longer and i said ok and ended the call. Called again after 7 mins and she said, "why did you cut the call, I thought you didn't want it". By this point my kids were very restless and I was annoyed and then she said ok making it now. Called back to complain and was on hold again for over 5 mins and then the manager couldn't care less! Not worth the hassle and the pizza was...
