We went to Benito Lounge in Chorlton yesterday for dinner. I have many intolerances and allergies so I’m a bit of a pain! However saying this I never felt it for one second because all the staff are fantastic who work there especially Lucy J! Lucy went above and beyond for us, thank you very much. My daughter is coeliac and I am too, I also have an allergy to nuts, milk and tomatoes, Lucy was brilliant making sure all our food was on point and all our allergy requirements were taken care off- we ordered a lot of tapas dishes! Everything was perfect and I am very grateful to Lucy for reassuring and looking after us. I was out with other members of our family too and they were all looked after too by Lucy J. I was talking with her and she had only been with the company two weeks and coming from a restaurant back ground I thought she had been working there as a manager for years as her food knowledge is impeccable. Thank you for making our experience an amazing one and we would highly recommend going to Benito...

We were left standing by the "wait to be seated" sign for what felt like an eternity, only to eventually take matters into our own hands and sit ourselves down.
To our disbelief, the two staff members responsible for our service completely ignored us, choosing instead to engage in mindless chitchat amongst themselves.
They stood right in front of us, completely oblivious to our presence, while dirty tables remained unattended. Their utter lack of professionalism and disinterest was incredibly frustrating. It’s appalling that they prioritised their socialising over attending to customers.

Management needs to wake up and seriously reconsider who they employ if they have any hopes of turning this business around.
The way we were treated was unacceptable, and it certainly won’t be a place...

There is room for people of all ages!
Having been there today we've been so surprised for literally everything.
The food is over others such Toby Carvery, Wetherspoons, Beeefeater and many more.
Having had a full breakfast you might be well prepared for long journey even as far as John's Grooats in Scotland and Land End on the border of Cornwall/Devon or even far off French Channel.
The staff are amazing 👏 the prices are affordable even if you are at the NMW.
Don't be a scrouge, support them ,meet up with your friends and be proactive and social.
I recommended this spot with no hesitation the only downside that I noticed are cobwebs and the extract fan in gents toilets the rest are of out of scale.
To me is exactly the same spirit like in random pubs in Cracow or Warsaw.
Let's go there guys. Be...
