New halal far eastern joint opened up recently in March 2025 serving excellent stirfried /pan asian style food made fresh to order.
Here my rating for each item I ordered
House special salt n pepper chicken and chips Price £8.99 Rating 9/10 One of the best salt n pepper combos I've had in a while which is best eaten straight away to appreciate the cripsy texture of the chicken and chips with those flavours.
Traditional satay beef with chips Price £8.99 Rating 10/10 Really enjoyed this ,I've never had satay before,it's one of those flavour you can get addicted to and you don't want the food to finish, absolutely delicious, the beef was tender too! This tastes even better when you allow it to cool down and the sauce marinate the chips.
Creamy tuscan wings Price £5.99 Rating 9.5 /10 Another banger!! Nice and creamy garlicky sauce with parmozan cheese that actually sticks to the wings with amazing flavour. This too also tastes brilliant when allowed to cool down and the sauce thickening marinate the wings
Highly recommend this place !! There not many places like this here in manchester I hope they remain open and add more pan asain food recipe to the menu

Now, let’s talk about the food! The menu is a delightful mix of classic favorites and innovative options. I ordered the korean bbq wings and chips, and it was superb that was cooked to perfection. The chips were golden and seasoned just right. They also have a great selection of dipping sauces that elevate the meal to another level.
What really stood out to me was their commitment to quality ingredients and sustainability. It’s evident that they take pride in what they serve. Plus, the portion sizes were generous, making it excellent value for money.
The service was prompt and attentive without being intrusive. The staff genuinely seemed happy to be there, which added to the overall positive vibe of the place. Whether you're dining in or taking away, Happy Fryday is a fantastic choice.
I can’t wait to come back and try more from their menu—especially their desserts, which I’ve heard wonderful things about. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by Happy Fryday on Wilmslow Road. You won’t be...
Read moreI had the best time at Happy Fryday on Wilmslow Road last night with two friends, and I can’t stop raving about it! Walking in, we were greeted with big, welcoming smiles from Farid (the marketing guy) and Nurhanani (the chef). The place was immaculate—everything neat, clean, and tidy. Ordering off their tablet was a blast; the menu’s loaded with so many exciting choices, it felt like a foodie playground. I’m a wing lover, so I picked four different flavors from their huge variety, and every single bite was incredible—perfectly spiced and juicy. The dips, especially this amazing sour cheese one, were out of this world! We also tried the sautéed beef with chips and sautéed chicken with chips—both were delicious and plated so beautifully. Dessert was the cherry on top: I shared a rich dark chocolate cake with vanilla gelato that was to die for, while my friend’s sponge cake with custard was just as tasty. We ordered more than we could handle because it was all that good. Definitely worth the drive if you don’t live nearby—I’d suggest anyone give this place a try—you won’t be...
