The reception is beautifully themed with plants and has a very modern look to it. It's become a daily ritual to go downstairs, check my mail and work for a few hours while enjoying a cup of coffee from the free-to-use coffee machine.

The concierges are always kind and very helpful with requests or information (Vivian is also a 🔥 DJ🎶)!

The quality of (my) apartment is decent. It has a modern style with electrical heaters, really nice bathrooms, and are what I consider decently spacious.

The amenities are top notch including a pool, sauna/steamer rooms, and a 24/7 gym that is well equipped and even has a studio room for Yoga. It also has a 24/7 password locked parcel room. Sometimes the pool can close down due to maintenance, among other reasons, but that hasn't happened too often.

In regards to pricing, the above don't necessarily come cheap, but not something that I would call an outrageous price. These can vary in range as most of the apartments have been sold...

I went to Oxygen Manchester for a viewing. Honestly, it is one of the amazing places in Manchester from the first moment when you walk in the Receptionist they welcomed us with a smile after that we met Osman Nazar from ACL Lettings he welcomed us and showed us the flat and all the facilities, he was honest with us and helped us through the whole process and I appreciate all his efforts and the support he gave to us. Unlike other agenciesI found that with ACL it was easy to get an appointment and to proceed with the viewing. Osman he did a greart job, he was very professional with us and we felt comfortable in our viewing with no rushing unfortunately like other agencies. I’ve been trying to secure an apartment here and it has been an absolute nightmare with zero contact from them. Perhaps I’ve dodged a bullet?

Inquired about a property listed and told them I’d be ready to sign on the dotted line that very same day as I don’t need to see it in person. I never even got a call back from them despite chasing repeatedly. I was repeatedly being told the team is just very busy and would get back to me “soon”

Just a few days later I gave them the benefit of the doubt and found another property with the same floor-plan but worse location / closer to ground… once again I gave them a call the very same hour it was listed and asked to proceed with an agreement for two years… still got no callback and both properties are now delisted.

Not a great experience which has told me all I need to know so far about what living here...
