Went to this place when it's just new opening couple months ago. • This place has many items that I haven't seen in other Asian supermarkets (big pack of Vitasoy from Hong Kong, dried beancurd from Taiwan, and variety of Korean snacks). • Aisles are pretty narrowed in the store, it got very crowded and hard to cross when there's a lot of people. • Not quite remember if they also have the rule that you need to spend over Ā£10 for paying by card, Ā£10 rule usually lower my intention to buy things from some stores. • I've been to some other Asian supermarkets in the area, some of them have that Ā£10 rules, which actually makes me don't wanna shop in those supermarkets as sometimes I just want to quickly grab few things and I have no cash with me šŸ˜• Overall it's a good place for students for sure! But I'd suggest go there when it's not busy hours.

I usually come to this supermarket to buy snacks and I am usually pleased with the quality however yesterday, I went in and bought myself a pancake. I bit into it and thought it tasted weird. I've had them before from this shop and I usually like them. To my horror, when I looked down I saw blue mould growing inside of it. I'm genuinely disgusted. Definitely not purchasing from them again which is a real shame because I have previously had a positive experience at the store.

My son bought 3 packs of Japanese fruit sweets here a few days ago. When he got home and we checked the date they went out of date in June 2024. This is very negligent and/or deceptive. Plus the Al sweets were very overpriced at Ā£2 a bag. Won’t be shopping here again.

Surly attitude … great things but most things overpriced as other Chinese supermarkets not as overpriced. I only go here since my workplace is nearby . I mostly shop in China town supermarkets as it is better options and better prices.

Just the attitude needs fixing up in customer service and handling with money. The staff is polite to speak to but giving receipts and money handling need training. I don’t like the fact you slam change/ receipts on table , if you think giving in hand is giving cross contamination why don't you mask up aswell?or wear gloves?infact better put a plastic cover so no direct germs from customers. I just find it pointless slamming change / receipts on the table rather then giving the change by hand. Just basic mannerisms is not trained in Chinese businesses…. Yet again not really surprised as it...
