I visited the store today and wanted to share the excellent customer service I received. Kyle was very warm and attentive, any questions answered he shared his knowledge and was able to recommend products based on my tastes. The store was extremely well stocked and was clean/presentable when entering. Both Stacey and Kyle took extreme pride in the cleanliness of the store and ensuring all customers were greeted with a warm smile when entering. I bought several items on their website using the gift ideas section. When they arrived, the box was plain, however, there was a large sticker showing it was from Lindt so the surprise gift for my husband was ruined. I contacted them via the website to explain what had happened and, over a week later, nobody has bothered to contact me. Very poor customer service and in future I will buy from supermarkets who may not have as much choice but, on the whole they are cheaper and I can keep...

Visited this nice little Lindt store in Resorts world near the NEC. The store is nice and cozy, the staff are friendly and welcoming with good chocolate knowledge. They have a good selection to choose from and limited editions you won't find in most other stores.

They have a full range of the pistachio chocolate to choose. And they also have accessories you can buy, and a gift wrapping service available in-store for that extra special touch.
