Tapi Milton Keynes - Winterhill Retail Park I don't want to hear about this company ever again in my life! They have very poor quality materials at very high prices! I bought the flooring for my new house from this company. We chose a flooring that was not cheap at all and in our opinion we thought it would be something of very good quality, but it turned out that we were wrong. They were not serious about installing the flooring, it had to be completely ready before we moved into the house, but even after we moved in, I waited another month to have the flooring fully fitted . I am disappointed by the sloppy way of they have worked ( fitter), they made holes in my walls, scratched the walls, scratched the doors and the skirting, damaged the stairs, the balustrade on the edge of the walls is no longer whitewashed, I have to whitewash again after them.

All the doors trimmed by them are effectively chopped up , they are trimmed crookedly, they’ve destroyed those doors.

Then, the way they put the vinyl in the bathrooms is a joke, I don't like it, they destroyed the vinyl, it's not glued properly, they didn't cut it properly, not to mention that they don't know how to put a mastic and a silicone edge, that silicone that they have put on crookedly looks horrible and almost peels off.

Clearly, I can't say that they are professionals at all, because they work very dirty, they didn't protect my walls, stairs, doors, the doors were cut by them on concrete without putting a foil or something under to protect them so don't get scratched.

The parquet was already chipped in some places.

The same goes for the stairs, the carpet is not fitted well, it is flecked and flat with strings that break off at the edges. After they installed the carpet, they did not protect them at all with any foil… I sent all the proofs with pictures and videos to the company mentioning my dissatisfactions. Initially they said it would be resolved. The flooring creaks from all the joints, this has happened since the beginning, you say it's flooring from 100 years ago, it creaks like that, you wouldn't say it's new parquet, barely fitted. I complained about this and they gave the reason that it creaked because I didn't use the doors bars. Until their fitters who are not professionals said that those doors bars will not stop the creaking and that it is not because of those doors bars, it was clear that the quality of the material was very bad or they did not install it correctly. I hired an authorized person to evaluate my flooring, the way it was installed and the reason why it creaks, and exactly as I expected the answer was that it was poorly installed, the correct materials for that type of parquet were not used and that those bars of the door does not influence the stability of the parquet in any way, but instead offered more stability. Who is responsible for this mess and for our money, we paid a lot of money for these materials and for the flooring to be fitted. The company will only find excuses and trivial reasons to get out of this.

It's one 9f the big retail parks in MK, you have homemade, Wicks, that also have business counter, B&M, Couple of carpet shops and several the big name furniture shops, Dunhelm Mills and similar Plenty of parking, there is also a food van in dunhilm and wicks both clean and do hot cold drink, burgers. It's one of the best Retail park in this city for a big or quick shopping. Just been to a big shop at this Retail park and had to return something this is the third time I’ve had to return something but the staff are brilliant . They don’t look down their noses or ask stupid question about your return they just do in a professional way . Lots of stores and supermarkets could take a leaf out of their book as far as training staff on returns. Great staff...
