Fantastic place...great parking..just off the historic an picturesque town centre.. it has a Costa coffee on the ground floor...with friendly an bubbly staff an its spotless Inside..the cinema is top floor so it has that old fashioned feel of going up like the old fashioned cinemas used to have..the cinema has smaller screen rooms perhaps 120 seats so it's more intimate an not at all like stadium like some modern builds that u sit too far away from the screen an lose interest in the film due to too many focus pulls ahead of you..the staff are real an genuine film buffs..I spent ages discussing such classics as star wars the original day of the jackel original etc with the knowledgeable an vibrant guys an girls that had there holding the Fort.. I always watched the sell by date check the pic n mix so if customers have any concerns regarding such matters know your in safe hands there..the staff are working to ensure fair play..they were also really nice an want to make sure you didn't waste your hard earned money there or leave with regret...the place allowed the children to run about a bit a feel safe an secure with a security positioned by the entrance so no danger to the youngsters will be allowed an thd disabled lift may be slow but is in full working condition, so thats no concern an disability will be treated with extra care an attention.. so if you fancy seeing a movie in a very old English Town an have time to get out there why not pop in park safe an have a bloody wonderful evening down in...
Read moreDisabled Review - based in a little shopping area with a large carpark. Lots of disabled parking, which do not have enough space around for a wheelchair. Can also be a fair walk to the cinema from the furthest point and there are 2 steps up to the cinema from this angle. However, there is one disabled place to the right of the cinema, at the end of the row. It has room around for wheelchair access. Also a ramp upto the shops and cinema in front of the space. There is a Costa coffee within the cinema downstairs. Again good access and helpful staff. There is a lift up to the cinema on the first floor, where you will also find a spacious disabled toilet, screens and snacks and drinks. Wheelchair spaces are as usual in the front few rows. Worth booking in advance if needed. For individuals with walking aids there is also a good selection of seats in most screen rooms on the lower level right in front of the screen. If you can manage a couple of steps, there is a solid banister and most screens have the little wall between the level area and the raised seating area. This can be used to lean on whilst you make your way to your seat in the front row of the raised area. Again worth booking. Staff...

Which is a shame really as one's enjoyment isn't about just the service or the viewing experience, it's the whole package and if there is just one negative aspect (like rock hard, narrow seats) then this detracts from the whole visit.
Needless to say, we're seriously considering going to a different cinema, preferably one with better and...
