I don't think I can fully express how wonderful the shop owner is. I live in the United States and found her online. She had a stuffed animal that my son desperately wants for Christmas and I literally could not find him anywhere in the US or abroad. My sister found Denise's website and after realizing she didn't ship overseas I called her to ask, beg, plead, etc. Well I didn't have to do any of that. She was so lovely and gracious and made an exception for me. She found multiple shipping options for me to get the stuffed panther by Christmas. She was a true angel and I'm so beyond grateful.
