Very poor staff, took a Apple iPhone 11 in for trade for in-store credit for to swap for a android phone, they took the phone okay went through the testing procedures and I came back to them saying the phone failed the test on dirt being in the speaker, now I've tested the phone and had a proper investigation into it and I found the poor staff had put a probe or something into the phone speaker attempting to clean it, now I had been using the phone for about a year and never was a fault in the speaker or phone, when it was returned to me the phone speaker was broken they had punctured the speaker, then handed back to me and said that it was like that, definitely not, now I'm left with a broken phone over poor useless media drop out students who have no experience or skills in phone checks and maintenance. NEVER ever let them touch your phone as they are not qualified and will end up breaking the phone wiping all your data before the physical tests are even done so all my valuable is gone and no sale. So in conclusion they take for tests, break the device and hand it back to you saying "I took a dodgy phone in" so really I'm now down the price of a speaker and the labour of fixing, thank you CEX for your brilliant services 😊
