Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Newry, Mourne and Down District Council

This place haven't see some clean in a while!! Dirty sofa with milk, dirty serving trays, floor haven't seen a vacuum cleaner or a broom for weeks, the empty table around us were full of empty drink left by the previous customers, now I understand if the place is busy but this wasn't the case, as the stuff were too busy chatting with each other at the counter, guys is not just about making coffee!!!! Here twice this week as Costa is usually very well run. Staff very slow paced and don't seem to have been trained correctly. Nobody seemed to know how to make what I asked for and were all looking questionably at the drink on the menu above. When I got my drink it was not what I asked for and tasted like dirty dishwater so I went back to get a latte which tasted pretty much the same.
