KFC Newry - Bridge Street — Restaurant in Newry, Mourne and Down District Council

We had received the wrong order about a week and a half ago and part of the order was missing. I rang the supervisor and she was so efficient her name was Aoibheann. She found the till receipt based on the time I purchased the meal and the amount paid and gave me a refund number. On Wednesday of this week we did our grocery shopping and decided a KFC would be so handy. My husband went into the Newry store at 6.20 pm and ordered the meal we had originally ordered. He came back out to the car and said it would be ready in 10 minutes. At 6.25 pm a member of KFC staff delivered our meal to our car. It was delicious the chicken was fresh and crispy, the spicy chicken wings were delicious and the effort put into the preparation and presentation of our meal was so appreciated. FILTHY TOILET ( STAFF DO NOTHING ABOUT IT)

Will not be BACK!!! used to work for KFC and when i made a stop at their newry branch everything was going okay went up ordered my meal to takeaway asked if they had toilets which they did went to use toilet and was completely shocked by how disgusting it was, walking in to the toilet there was piss everywhere toilet roll on the floor sinks covered in what i would like to think was water but i just honestly dont know! I mentioned about the state of the toilet to the person on the till which his reply was "oh is it" and then continued to look at the screen this team member didnt even mention it to anyone after recieving my order i walked out of the premises and placed my order in the Bin! Only giving a star because I have to. I don't write reviews, but I just had to for this restaurant. Absolute shambles of a place and an embarrassment to the franchise. Staff are among the rudest and laziest I have encountered anywhere. We went in to get a meal before the cinema, the shop was empty and we stood at the counter. There was no one there. One member of staff who we could see was standing on his phone, and didn't have a clue we were there. Continued to wait and a female member of staff walked by us eventually, I asked if we could please order and she just sighed. Had to walk out. Sort the staff out.
