HGV Advice.... This is not a particularly nice place to drive a 44t arctic to! The entrance to the site is quite restricted especially if there is another truck tipping/collecting near the gate.

The goods in office is down the side of the building on your left, towards the rear, you can drive down and park outside the shutter doors!

The guy who dealt with me was spot on and explained the procedure for tipping, the yard is quite narrow but there is room to tip both sides, just!

To exit the site you need to go behind the neighbouring company, which is a retail shop, you need to drive through the customer car park, there were cars parked all over the place and a lot of elderly people wandering about, you need eyes everywhere! The turn to get back on the main road is really tight so you need to use the entrance to the car park opposite to make it round, but car drivers just keep on coming while you try to do this!😱

After breaking my son’s Kinnerton spoon, a discontinued design of spoon, I messaged customer service to ask if there was anywhere that they could suggest I buy a replacement from. My son is being assessed for autism and struggles to deal with change, so much that we won’t eat his breakfast with any other spoon than his beloved egg spoon! The person who messaged me back went above and beyond my expectations and went looking to see if they had any old samples about in the office.
