Have ordered from this Chinese every weekend for years but for the last few months it has been awful, tonight was the last time I order. The garlic and wine chicken tasted And smelt like omelette and nothing like it use to, the chicken balls were full of wet batter, gravy was awful even though they charge a ridiculous £1.70 for a small tub. I requested to have freshly cooked chilli chips as for the last two orders they were stale cold and tasteless but they sent me the same reheated cardboard like chips that they had done before. really bad customer service. I will definitely not be wasting my money on this food again! I will be finding another Chinese to order from that has food...

Ordered curry fried rice both nice but the chicken chop suey was so sweet like sweet n sour not what I would call a chop suey, so rang them to say, but all I got was an argument about how wrong I was, didn't get a chance to say how nice the other things were. disgusting customer service. I would give no stars if I could! I've just had a 1 hour 40 minute wait and then they wanted to charge £3 delivery even though it says free to NR14 7 on their website. I phoned them twice too! Very poor customer service - they didn't care at all and I sent the food back. I would avoid this place!
