Very quaint and unique pub. The atmosphere inside is always buzzing even if it isn't packed. Always a variety of good drinks on tap. They serve lovely food and also have an option to order pies from Flaming Galas. You can order them in the pub and get them delivered there. Which is a brilliant service. They have a billiards table in immense condition. There is cosy and comfortable seating around the pub. Clean and tidy all round and very well looked after. The staff are lovely and friendly. The lady behind the bar often does a poker night with people. Definitely worth checking...

Great real ale pub with enough to excite most lager folk. Dog friendly with tables booked for the purpose. Central enough to Norwich to make it universally accessible. From just one visit : pizza choices goid but both undercooked. Clientele socially respectable tending to middle class. Bar billiards - deserves extra points for such. Decoration in the modern style well executed but not amazing. Could do with changing the rusty rad in the gents. Definitely a place worthy of a number of revisits. 'Beers coming up', behind the bar a great positive. Overall loved it...

Found on the off chance as looking for food on match day and most pubs were home supporters only, so what a great, super friendly pub this is. We had pizza's and these were excellent and tried a few draft ales. The staff all made us feel realy welcome and we will definatly come back and would recommend to anyone.
