Owner is incredibly rude. I ordered through just eat for a take away for mine and my partner’s anniversary, unfortunately when it arrived it came stale, the cheesey chips were everywhere (owner wouldn’t even BELEIVE me?!) Called up and tried to discuss my queries with the owner about how my order had arrived, it was barley eatable! He told me “you were my last order and I can’t do anything about it now!” He then proceeded to try and tell me he would give me free cheesy chips, I said ill call up tomorrow to get them, he said “no you will get them when you order next time”

I’m sorry but it’s the princable at the end of the day! Why on earth would you think I’d order from you again when you were so rude to me on the phone and 2 didn’t even apoligise for your mistakes, instead you ignored my querie & decided to do nothing!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Owner was rude, and started raising his voice at me on the phone and the food was disgusting! Won’t be ordering again, keep your dry fries or don’t work in a restaurant if you cannot handle your own mistakes at times. We are customers not enemies!

If therer was a negative for service, I would have put that. So we went to grab a bite, ordered Chicken wings and chips worth £20. After we ordered then asked if we can have some chilli sauce which they charge too. I was happy to pay, i paid and as i was about to walk out i realised there are no tissues. So I grabbed some along the way about to leave. The man on the counter sarcastically said 'take some more'. I asked him are you seriously taking the piss? If you had given some i wouldnt have helped myself to get some tissues. This is a bare minimum courtesy. So i went ahead and grabbed more tissues as I thought you want to take the piss, I can too. But he got angry, start saying take the whole thing, whole shop. All the other staff ganged up together, there were other customers present, they were in shock with their behaviour. I gave their precious tissue back and walked out. Never ever going there again. Price are actually on the higher side comparing other shops. No suitable parking either. You will find better fried chicken around Norwich.
