China Valley — Local services in Plymouth

Disgusting service !! We waited one hour and fifteen minutes for our order to then phone them and find out we have to wait a further fourty five minutes which we understood the high calls of demand at the moment so was happy to wait and very understanding towards them. We then phoned again after waiting for fifty minutes to find out it is only just being cooked and it will be another thirty minutes. We waited for the thirty minutes and still no arrival so we cancelled the order. My partner then had to go bed hungry with no tea for her to go work at 4 in the morning as it would be way to late to order from elsewhere or cook anything up. Not happy at all !! Nearly two and a half hours and still no order...

There are many a Chinese, and all are good in one wat or another , I say that as I always go back a second time to see it they are what I call , consistent in the way that they cook and present there food [ I always have the same thing I had the first time , so that I can compare] I have to say that China valley is really delicious and has been cook the very same as the very time I had it , hot , tasty , fresh and you get plenty of it , it's always very busy , the only thing is that they don't deliver but in saying that it's well worth the drive , highly recommend...

I am a vegetarian with no egg included person and I ordered a veg tried rice. You can imagine what I received they put an egg in the FR. While enjoying my food What a pathetic experience I have one could imagine, I am so off atm cant express guys b4 ordering do check with these fraud guys sending non veg mix in there veg menu😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡
