So...we order quite frequently however a couple of weeks back got completely the wrong order, however with a bit of time still left in the evening we called the branch and they said they would deliver our correct order.....and we said come and collect wrong order (with wrong address on boxes) they said they couldnt and to keep or chuck food, sadly we had throw, as I am both vegetarian and coeliac so I have to be careful with ordering anyway! Then we thought we would treat ourselves after a long day today, we both work very hard and didnt have energy to cook....so again ordered as we always do..a veggie, gluten free pizza, a meat pizza and a sode....what we got was the wrong pizza and 5x boxes of other sides, all with completely the wrong address on AGAIN. Now this isnt the worst bit....after contacting them, we spoke to the manager there saying we were dissapointed for this to happen again, please collect the food and compensate us as we were now too late to reorder and wanted to go to bed frankly....we were told no compensation, we could have our order OR 70% of OUR money back....
What!?! We got delivered the WRONG food 4x dishes were meat so couldnt be eaten and they obviously werent gluten free...we DIDNT touch the wrong food delivered of course, then when we said just cancel our order its wrong AGAIN, we were told we would only get 70% of our money back!?! How the hell does this make sense!?!
Your error, your accountability, yet you are saying you are withholding 30% of our hard earned cash???? Whaaat!?
No dominoes....YOUR PROBLEM, you make a mistake...you fix it and compensate it!!!

Ā Ā Ā Read moreOrdered food at 3am 20 mins later order marked as delivered and a text saying on its way 30 mins later I call up and they say itāll be with me in a matter of minutes I wait another 30 mins and ask where is my order nothing has arrived a rude young boy on the phone laughs and I say what are you gonna do to rectify this as Iāve paid and have received nothing he laughs again and says you tell me refused to give me there name as I wanted to complain I asked for a manager then put me on hold I was passed around on the phone to many more useless workers constantly putting me on hold till a polite man not the manager tho explained the situation and was trying to help so props to him but the other works there seriously immature and need to be reprimanded treating customers like that giving dominoes a bad name now I doubt we will order from you again and will warn others where were the managers when this was going on aswell ? Utterly disgraceful!! Eventually they agreed to remake the order didnāt offer anything for the rude customer service and the hour and a half Iāve been waiting but honestly donāt want it probably will receive spit and missing items due to there lack of maturity finally 4:40am I received my order the driver George was very nice and apologetic a exemplary dominoes employee...
Ā Ā Ā Read more(Dominos fratton road) I was waiting for over 1 hour for my pizza that I had made the phone call at 23:18 andwas told it will only take around half an hour to be made and ordered to my address and when I had tried to call them and ask how long it was going to be they would start speaking then just put the phone down then I spoke to the manager over 1 hour after at around 12:30 they said they will not be able to do anything and I will have to "find somewhere else to eat" also they did not give any apology for the inconvenience or any reason for to why they could not get me the pizza I have always liked dominos but now I have changed my opinion and I spoke to Corey to place the order and he said it will be with me in the next half hour and then any time I had tried to call back they just put the phone down on me very poor...
