Called for delievery, The guy on the phone is rude(hello, what is your address, what do you want, ok then hand up...not even with a thank you). no total price given nor estimated delivery time. Asked for garlic mayo with full salad, came with only onion 3 pieces of tomorrow and a few lettuce, with kind of brown sauce I don't know. 1st bite on donner was ok, then your taste bud start to fall, the more you dig in the more disappointed, despite to the burned meat(reasonable for grill), every thing tasted the same, even that 1 mushroom!!! I ordered a chef special, it has all different kind but how can you make them taste all the same? Chef too lazy to change his recipe to chicken or lamb? Kofe was inedible, the one I got from supermarket could have been better. Chicken donner almost 40% burned. I used the place many years food's always been good, but this time was a very bad experience, was the owner changed? Sorry your are off...

kebab was nice and well priced but after finishing the food we were told to leave for making too much noise having come from a football match. we listened and began packing up our things and tidying up when an employee by the name of Tony, a bald middle aged man, got in my 16 year old friend’s face and raised his fist to him, my friend tried to avoid confrontation but was then punched in the face by the man. we left and phoned the police. whilst on the phone to the police we were told to ask for Tony’s full name. upon doing so, around 5 employees came out and attacked the three of us. I was punched in the face by two different men, one being Tony and another who’s name i don’t not know. the police came and the matter is currently being dealt with. everything was caught on cctv so any allegations made against...

Food is absolutely amazing, discovered it whilst visiting friends a couple of weeks ago. Prices are mind-blowing (it's a lot more expensive where I am for the same things - so value for money is a definite YES.) Service was a bit hit and miss the second time, but I guess it depends who you get on shift when you go in, the first time staff were interactive, almost playful and added to the experience, the second, they just served the food and gave you the basic service you'd expect every time if you hadn't had the outstanding and fun service the first time.
