This accommodation is ridiculous for the money you pay for it. I would recommend paying the extra £5 a week for the much nicer accommodations or even the one over the road from the elements is nicer and cheaper. I’ve only been living here on the 5th floor since september 2023 and the lift broke down in november, it’s currently February and it is still not fixed. The maintenance staff are great but i can’t say the same for the people at reception, they’re very rude especially the lady at the front whenever i asked questions about the lift still being broke i always received very snarky and passive aggressive responses such as when i asked if the people on the higher floors will be receiving any sort of compensation for the lift and she said “compensation… for the lift?” as well as laughing at my question. It’s very inconvenient as when we are doing our washing and drying (not to mention the price per wash) walking up and down the stairs constantly. I would honestly not recommend this place one bit. The one star is only for the people i’ve met here and the maintenance staff. the rooms are very small especially when you have washing drying on a drying rack. The Elements is an amazing place to stay in. the flats are really good and super comfortable. Their management team who works the front desk and admin are wonderful too. With them being personable and happy to talk to you about anything. Regardless if it’s related to your room. They are always happy to help. With Ollie and Adam working the main desk and Christie doing management. Christie has been especially amazing during my stay in the elements. She has essentially acted as a second mother to me. Always checking up on me if I had any injuries or if I had issues with my flat. Christie has gone out her way to make sure I’ve been happy during my stay here, especially when I was living alone in my flat for 3 months over Christmas. I can’t describe how much I’ve appreciated her kindness towards me. Additionally The Elements have a really friendly maintenance team. They are always quick to respond to maintenance requests, fixing the issue and always willing to let you in even if you’ve left your card in your room.

I genuinely couldn’t recommend The Elements enough from their comfortable rooms, to their super personable teams. I’ve had a delightful year even during Coronavirus.

Congratulations to all members of staff who helped us on my daughters moving in day! We were greeted at the stadium drop off/ parking with cheerful friendly staff who went out of their way to help. Upon arrival in The Elements Halls we were met by helpful, efficient staff/security. They certainly made our moving in day an enjoyable, exciting day! I feel so relieved that my daughter is staying in a safe, friendly and understanding accommodation. The accommodation was spotlessly clean with plenty of information on hand to read regarding the halls. Everyone we spoke to regarding her stay in halls were informative and reassuring.
