When is the last time anything fresh has ever come out of here?? Ordered at night, by card, and the food never arrived. Then i call the next day to try and fix the situation only to be argued with that they were trying to call me. Obviously i never got a single of these calls as i waiting for hours for my food to arrive as well as calling the shop over and over again without getting any answers. The shop then told me the food is still lying around and theyll bring it back up to me cold because its apparantly my fault their driver never called me. Even lied about having been knocking on doors etc. Absolutely shockingly awful service and even from "the boss" himself, what a clown arguing with customers and claiming to be 'too busy' to fix...

First experience was lovely from the staff, everything was speedy and fresh. Came a second time, it was humiliating over half an hour standing for a simple single burger. I was first customer to arrive but I was the last customer out of 4 to get 'served' within half an hour.

Second customer and me called the staff multiple of times 'excuse me' and this one particular staff with a cap kept replying with 'one moment' but never arrived for me. Too busy prioritising delivery orders.

I had enough I told him to cancel it again with 'it's right here just a few minutes ' .. I didn't ask for beef in the first place he kept forgetting my order. I just felt so upset I just left the shop.

Never...

Been using these guys for a while friendly helpful staff on the phone , delivery drivers are lovely and the price isn't bad for the food you get I don't understand the low ratings we had the curry deal for 2 last night, me and my friend and it was great value for 19.99 only problem to be honest was the onion bhaji was abit greasy but I think thats because they were in with the chicken tikka starter so maybe it was off the chicken and mixed veg but like I say every order we've had it's been spot on and considering it was Saturday night it arrived in under half an hour and it was hot and delicious.
