Kebab City — Local services in Stoke-on-Trent

Feeling frightened and very angry after having an aggressive delivery driver shout at my doorstep. Living a couple of minutes down the road from this place we order multiple times a week. Tonight we ordered two burgers, one cheese burger and one plain (due to a lactose allergy) both with chips. The burgers arrived both with cheese, so we called the takeaway to ask for it to be corrected, This took well over 20 minutes so we ate the chips and left the burger (as it was incorrect). The aggressive driver knocks on the door and his first words are 'where is the other one?', slightly confused as it is common practice to replace the food if the order is wrong we give him the burger. however as we have waited we have eaten the portion of chips, that we have paid for. The delivery driver then begins to argue and say that we need to pay for both portions. After explaining to him that it is their fault he beings shouting and it becomes clear his intention is to take the food back to serve to another paying customer. As a 21 year old woman with a man shouting on the doorstep i shut the door to ring the takeaway, only to find he has returned (since we live around 2 minutes away) to have him shouting down the phone calling me a liar for trying to make a complaint.

Looking to take the incident further as the driver was aggressive and plain scary. I would highly recommend giving this place a miss, unless you want your to arrive wrong and to be verbally abused. They censor these reviews, just check them on Facebook others have had the exact...

Dreadful! My partner went to collect to save an hour wait since I am feeling under the weather roast chicken, chips and gravy - something basic for not much appetite... I feel worse for ordering - The jelly was a solid mass of brown disgusting jelly gloop that made the chips inedible. Disgusting attitude by the old man, he delivered food I asked for link to pay he shouted and stamped his feet like a little child. He went off with my food and said he would be back later for me to pay. I asked him there and then for a pay link which I've used many times in the past he refused and went off with my food so I told him not to come back, I rang the kebab house straight away and was gold they would send a link but too late he angry old man had already ran off with my food will never ever order from there again!
