Not first problem I’ve had with the takeaway first problem was plastic in the food however it got sorted I got a refund and a replacement , these guys used to be my regular and I did not want to stop ordering over one mistake however today I order at 19.09 come around half 7 ish , the chips did have a hair in however it was on the packaging and nothing was in the food so wasn’t worth reporting but I also got a sundae now I always get these however when it come I lost appetite so it went in the freezer until 21.13 I opened the lid and I saw a black hair or eye lash sticking out of the ice cream ( my hair is copper ) I called the shop as I wasn’t happy and because I didn’t call after it was delivered nothing they could do about it even tho I stated it come it when in the freezer straight away and that I could send images of the ice cream not touch the guy over the phone wasn’t bothered if I was honest , so here are some images of the first and second incident please look closely at your food when ordering as for tiger bites you’ve lost a customer I’ve given a second chance you are not getting a third this will be getting...

Usually order food from here but last night, I decided to get a snickers milk shake.

Food got delivered, it was ok - didn't taste as fresh, especially the chips, as it usually did but nevertheless was still nice.

What really brought it all down for me was the milkshake. I didnt order the gelato milkshake just the normal one.

Took 1 one sip and wondered why my milk shake didn't taste like snickers. Poured it out and found they Had literally just added a bar of snickers to the milk and not even blitzed it? I wasnt very impressed with this at all. I dont know if this was a mistake on their part or if that's how they make their milkshakes in general but can't say I've ever experienced this before.

Ruined it for me because I was really looking forward to the milkshake and the whole reason I had ordered take out was because I was really craving a snickers...

This place is pathetic, avoid like the plague. Ordered food tonight online. The food arrived promptly, but was not correct. Firstly, the value box pictured on their app shows chicken tikka, but the box had standard chicken donner in it. In fairness, the text description does show this, but the photo is misleading. We requested salad and sauce, which although listed on the receipt, was not on the food. Contacted Tiger Bite, expecting the food to be replaced. After a ridiculous 35 minute back and forth text exchange waiting for a resolution, we were told that they could only offer a £5 discount off our next order, (bold of them to assume we’ll be ordering again!) and that they couldn’t send a replacement as they were “too busy”.
