The chocolate shortbread and plain shortbread is 10/10. The chocolate shortbread is exactly how they used to make it in school. Tastes like concrete cake. It’s so delicious . Love that this place also has different flavour custards like mint , strawberry etc most places don’t offer this! Also love that there is plain shortbread like school days we haven’t found this at any other dessert place except here . The menu has a a lot to offer , a lot of variety. If there was more of a seating area would’ve gone more but it’s more like a takeaway place. Will definitely go back for the shortbread though it’s the best hands down. Ordered again and had a issue which the lady resolved with great customer service , they definitely listen to customers which would make me order again and again. I’ve never gone anywhere which does so many old school cakes and trust me I’ve gone so many dessert places . 10/10 customer service. On a cheat day I treat myself to milkshake factory. Best...

First let me start off with how extensive the menu is! Hard to choose.. they have crepes, waffles (I saw them make some and they look sooo good!) and cookie dough as well as tons of milkshakes. The shop also has a Turkish takeaway menu. My daughter ordered a double chocolate cookie dough which also came with a tub of ice-cream (as does the other items too) they also have gelato if you want to upgrade the vanilla ice cream. The baklava looked lovely but seemed a little expensive 4 pieces for £5 or maybe that's just me as I'm used to buying big boxes. The lady on the counter was lovely and answered my questions about things on the menu. Since they are opposite the Chinese I'll be back again soon. My son did come to try their milkshakes one time and they were closed but didn't say they were online so he had travelled there especially and was a little disappointed but still wants to try a milkshake so I'll probably bring him one over...

Ordered from here a couple of times now, usually the desserts are amazing but tonight was a bit disappointing, I tried the “Bert & Erniee cookie dough” which didn’t come as well presented as other things we’ve had from here, it says on the menu it would come with a separate salted caramel ice cream however once the order arrived my partner called the shop back as we hadn’t received it and was told that they now serve all cookie doughs with vanilla gelato instead which had been added to the biscoff ice cream we’d ordered separately, one of the j20s was missing too, however the person on the phone said that they would make a note of it we could have it delivered on our next order. On the other hand the biscoff cake slice we ordered looked amazing and my partner really enjoyed it, hopefully next time we order it’ll be back to it’s usual...
