This is Honestly the worst meal I have ever had in my life, special fried rice the meat was covered in jelly like it had come out of a can! Old lukewarm and tasteless meat the whole meal ended up being covered in this clear jelly as I investigated the contents of the bowl with my fork. When I rang I spoke to a pleasant lady who said that they would send me a replacement and too my absolute horror it was exactly the same! I could not believe they had the audacity to send the same again, when I called back and questioned about the quality of meat I was told that the Chef had forgot to wash the the meat?! So I had two inedible meals on my hands… I took all the meat out and put it in the bowl for the neighbours cats who took one sniff of it and walked off!! Why on earth are they not using...

Poor experience recently after first meal was pretty good. Dry spare ribs, dry chicken, bland food. Awful in comparison. It was like they could not be bothered. Shame really.

Updated on 20.11.2020 - they offered us a free meal as a replacement for the original and also 20% off a further order. That was a nice and kind gesture. However, on ordering the free meal, what we got was the same as before. Same dryness. Same blandness. Saltier and greasier. We thought it would be better, but no. It seems the original meals we had were a one off. So in this case we wont bother ordering again.

However, if you like this kind of food then it's right up your street. McDonalds is better in my opinion - and that's saying...

Avoid at all cost especially if you’re disabled!!!! I’ve just made a order and got a email to call them. I was told that their ordering site had under charged me by £1.50 and if I wanted the food I needed to pay the driver before I could have the food! I told him I’d got no cash and I’m disabled and I was told it’s hard luck no extra money no foot. So I asked for my money back and I was told it would take up to a week for the money to go back in my back! So I’ve got no food and no money to order from somewhere else. I think it’s disgusting how they can treat a disabled person...
